Manchester City chief executive Ferran Soriano says the club will do all it can to clear its name, cautioning that the process could drag on for years before it is resolved.

Soriano made the remarks on Monday while addressing the board of the European Football Clubs (EFC), where he holds a seat.

He declined to speak to reporters about the Premier League's finding that City breached 114 of the 115 alleged financial rules charges brought against the club.

City are expected to appeal the verdict and have consistently denied any wrongdoing.
