Dancehall superstar Mavado made his long-awaited return to Toronto, Canada, last night, performing at a sold-out Scotiabank Arena after a nine-year absence.

The Gully Gad, who last performed in Canada in 2017 at Alkaline’s New Rules concert, was joined by fellow dancehall stars Masicka and Armanii.

Mavado’s sold-out show follows Vybz Kartel’s historic three-night sold-out run at the same venue in October 2025, further highlighting dancehall’s growing international appeal.
