Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly taken to hospital over the weekend after suffering a head injury while serving his prison sentence in New Jersey.
According to TMZ, the 56-year-old music mogul was transported from Fort Dix prison early Saturday morning. He was conscious, and the injury was not considered life-threatening.
The incident follows reports that Combs was placed in solitary confinement amid allegations of receiving special privileges and contraband in prison.
The cause of his injury remains unclear, and his representatives have not commented.
