Boyz II Men Signs New Record Deal For Upcoming Country Album

October 28, 2026

Legendary R&B group Boyz II Men is preparing to explore a new musical direction, announcing plans to release a country album in 2027.

The Grammy Award-winning trio, comprising Nathan Morris, Wanyá Morris and Shawn Stockman, has signed a new recording agreement with Warner Records Nashville.

The group says its interest in country music comes from the genre's storytelling, emotional melodies and harmonies, which they believe share many similarities with R&B.

Boyz II Men have previously collaborated with country artistes, including Chris Stapleton and Cody Johnson, and performed at Nashville's famous Grand Ole Opry.

The upcoming project will mark their first studio album in a decade, following the release of Under the Streetlight in 2017. An official album title and release date have not yet been announced.
