An anonymous woman who filed a lawsuit against JAY-Z and Diddy for allegedly sexually assaulting her when she was 13 years old has dropped her lawsuit, USA TODAY reports.

According to the reports, a notice of voluntary dismissal was filed in New York federal court and Jane Doe dismissed the case “with prejudice,” meaning it cannot be re-filed again in the future. The suit was filed by Tony Buzbee.

Taking to Instagram, JAY-Z celebrated his legal victory and maintained his innocence.

The frivolous, fictitious and appalling allegations have been dismissed. This civil suit was without merit and never going anywhere. The fictional tale they created was laughable, if not for the seriousness of the claims. I would not wish this experience on anyone,” JAY-Z wrote.
