Jay-Z shocked the whole social media by creating an Instagram account, but that was short lived.

The music mogul was on the Gram’ for less than two days before his page was deactivated. It can be assumed that he only created the page to promote his new movie “The Harder They Fall” which is streaming on Netflix currently.

The Instagram page had over 2 million followers, yet the only person Jay followed was his wifey, Beyoncé. Prior to creating an account, Jay was also active on Twitter and fired off just two tweets following his Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction.

It’s safe to say that social media will miss Hov’s presence, but for now check out his new movie The Harder They Fall.
