Justin Bieber is rocking a new hairstyle and social media has mixed feelings about it.

Justin Bieber posted up on Instagram showing off his new hairdo, which he is wearing his locs tied up into two ponytails. Social media influencer, Zoie, is a few of Biebs new hair. Commenting under a picture posted The Shade Room, Zoie writes, “love it and the Tattoo on his neck once they loc they’ll be dope!” Others have different opinions, some even calling him a “culture vulture..” One user comments, “when you wanna be black so bad..”
