Earlier this week, Atlanta’s Live 5 News reported that after a nearly two-month investigation, an arrest has been made in connection with the theft of Beyoncé’s hard drives. According to police officials, the alleged thief, Kelvin Evans, had been serving time in jail regarding a parole violation. Since being linked with the alleged theft, Evans now faces a charge of entering an automobile with intent to commit theft, Live 5 reports.

Back in July, a choreographer and dancer for Beyoncé revealed that a rental car they were using had been broken into. An incident report taken by police confirmed that inside the vehicles were at least five jump drives. These drives contained “watermarked music, some unreleased music, footage plans for the show, and past and future set lists.”
